Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer to support EPC oil & gas projects, ensuring all civil works are executed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong site execution experience in large-scale oil & gas facilities such as plants, pipelines, tank farms, substations, and infrastructure works.

YOUR ROLE

As a Civil Site Engineer you will:

• Supervise and manage civil and structural works on site including earthworks, concrete works, foundations, steel structures, and drainage
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and project specifications
• Coordinate daily activities with construction teams, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity against the project schedule
• 
  Conduct site inspections and ensure strict adherence to HSE standards
• Identify and resolve construction issues promptly and efficiently
• Report progress, risks, and site issues to the Construction Manager
• Review material deliveries, inspections, and ensure proper usage on site
• Participate in toolbox talks, inspections, and quality audits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of site experience in EPC oil & gas projects.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Expertise

• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, API preferred)

  Proven experience in heavy civil works for oil & gas facilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work on remote or rotational site assignments
• Proficiency in MS Office; Primavera or similar tools is an advantage
