Role Overview-
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our national sales strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our mission of redefining senior living in India.
As Primus expands pan-India, the Sales Head will be responsible for building the sales organization from the ground up - hiring, mentoring, and scaling teams across multiple geographies to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales for senior living homes through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives to meet aggressive targets aligned with our 2030 vision.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to closure, embedding trust and transparency in every interaction.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for pan-India expansion.
- Team Leadership & Building: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team from scratch, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and excellence.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for integrated campaigns.
- Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to meet and exceed targets.
Success Metrics for this Role:
- Achieve annual sales targets for senior living homes
- Build and scale a pan-India sales team within 12-18 months
- Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction scores across all touchpoints
- Deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with expansion goals
Non-Negotiable Functional Skills:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Ability to design and execute large-scale sales strategies
- Team Building & Mentorship: Proven experience in hiring and developing high-performing teams

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving large-scale residential sales and managing multi-location teams
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer behaviour
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
