Senior Odoo Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP consulting, with a particular focus on Odoo implementations and customisations. Exposure to international clientsespecially in the UK, Ireland, and other global marketsis essential. An accountancy or finance background will be a strong plus, ensuring alignment with client expectations in finance-driven modules.

• Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations for global clients.
• Liaise directly with international stakeholders, primarily from UK, Ireland, and other Western markets

• Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions using Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.).
• Customize Odoo as per client requirements, and coordinate with the development team for technical needs.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align ERP solutions with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on Odoo features and best practices.

• 7+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
• Proven track record of handling international clients, particularly in the UK, Ireland.
• Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and sales.

  Get Hired
  Accountancy or finance background (education or experience) is a significant plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to Odoo.sh, Odoo Enterprise, and community editions.
• Project management certifications or experience is a plus.

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT.
• Odoo certification (if applicable).
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role in a global environment.
