Synopsis: As a Inside sales representative, you will be required to
communicate with the customers and up-sell the products and services.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and taking demos on video calls also following up on the same leads
- Upselling products and services
- Answering potential customers' questions & queries
- Keeping up with product information
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
