• Manage overseas recruitment and GCC hiring processes for various business requirements.
• Handle bulk hiring and mass recruitment campaigns for blue-collar and frontline workforce requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, documentation, and onboarding.

  Get Hired
  high-volume hiring projects and Oversee hiring while ensuring timely closures and quality hiring standards.
• Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, and manpower mobilization activities as per operational requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment execution.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visa processes, and GCC recruitment regulations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
