We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join us as Teammates in our International Voice Process. If you have a minimum of 3 months" experience in handling international customers and are passionate about delivering top-notch service, we invite you to be a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international customers through inbound and/or outbound voice calls.
- Resolve customer issues, queries, or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO/Call Center).
- Proficient in spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
