In this role, youll audit, stress-test, and safeguard critical e-commerce workflows from order creation to delivery, returns, vendor settlements, and financial reconciliation. Youll drive impact by building strong controls, reducing revenue leakage, and shaping a risk-aware culture.

What Youll Do:

- Lead audits across order, fulfillment, returns & finance workflows

- Identify vulnerabilities, misuse scenarios & revenue leakages

- Build a strong control framework & governance structure

- Create dashboards, risk heatmaps & early-warning indicators

- Partner with Product, Ops, Finance, CX & Legal teams

- Drive process integrity in new launches & redesigns

What Were Looking For:

- 8 to 15 years in process excellence, internal audit, business risk, or consulting

- Experience in e-commerce/retail/logistics preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Ability to think break it to fix it

- Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)

- Strong stakeholder & CXO communication skills
