Job Description
- As an Associate Sales - B2B - Agency Health at TATA AIG General Insurance, your role will involve building and maintaining B2B relationships with agencies, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will interact with clients and partners, develop and implement sales strategies, provide product knowledge, and offer exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will also include market analysis and reporting to drive continuous growth and improvement in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain B2B relationships with agencies
- Identify sales opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Interact with clients and partners
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Conduct market analysis and reporting for sales performance improvement
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship management
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in insurance or related industries
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Exceptional customer service and support skills

- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
