Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base for various insurance products.
What you will do: You will identify and contact potential clients, build relationships, present appropriate insurance solutions, and convert leads into sales. You will work closely with the underwriting team to support policy issuance and management.
Key responsibility:
- Prospect for and qualify leads through various channels (phone calls, email campaigns, networking).
- Present and sell Tata AIG insurance products (life, health, general insurance) to individual and corporate clients.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their insurance needs.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Close sales deals and ensure successful policy issuance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Valid insurance license (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and regulations.
