Customer Service Executive - Provisioning & Configuration Management

Roles and Responsibilities
Provisioning in Access Network and voice switches like C20, Oracle/Ribbon SBC
Design, understand and audit configurations for layer 3, layer 2 and voice services
Validate the request, analyze the impact and plan for implementation
Ability to audit the services in NMS and in database and plan for migrations.
Ability to understand and optimize the process for an agile delivery.
Ability to liaise with stakeholders, operations center, and the planners with on-going projects to clear the dependencies.
Managing escalations within the team and communications to stakeholders
Login to Voice network elements like Oracle SBC, Ribbon SBC, DMS and C20/CS2K Switches and Trunk group and routing configurations verifications.

Mandatory Knowledge and experience
Must have experience with Carrier Ethernet, Routing, Switching.
Must have experience in TDM and VOIP Enterprise products configuration and design.
Must have knowledge in VLAN encapsulation, switching protocols.
Must have experience in Routing and Switching with firm hold on protocols. SIP protocol for Voice.
Familiarity in OSS and NMS. Be able to understand the task workflow and interpretation of drawings/schematics
Certifications
CCNA/CCNP preferred
Desired Skills
Experience in configuration and provisioning of enterprise voice services like ISDN PRI, SIP PRI.
