Deputy General Manager ( Practice Wireline Head) - Product Management

We are seeking an experienced Telecom wireline network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Telecom network planning, design, Delivery, operations & Maintenance, Inventory tool eco system. The role involves handling advanced technical challenges, supporting critical customers, and driving innovative solutions within the company??s network systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster growth.

• Design the solution by understanding the customer requirement in detail.

• Preparing the detailed project plan with Efforts / resources estimation

• Defining the SLA??s, KPIs.

• Build and sustain robust client relationships (Internal/External), ensuring fulfillment of their needs and surpassing expectations.

• Lead and guide project teams for effective service and solution delivery.

• Define, establish and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices to maintain high service levels.

• Drive innovation in projects and services to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Offer essential support for business needs in new opportunities

• Experience in Designing, Delivery, O&M of Wireline networks

• Hands-on experience in Physical & Logical Network Inventory Tools

• Experience in working Network Study, Assessment & Improvement projects.

• Experience in working consultancy projects / delivering professional services to Global customers

Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Engineering/Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 15 - 20 years of experience working in Telecom Wireline Network planning / Design / Delivery / Assurance / Tools & Automation / Solutions.
• Must have Product Development and GTM capabilities

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Good to have exposure to work with Global customers.
