Job Description
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
I. Operations: Handling the operations of the Accounts Payable maintaining variousKPI e.g. maintain the TAT, POT matrix, accuracy in reporting and compliancesetc.
a) Assigning workflow, assigning tasks, and meeting deadlines.
b) Co-ordinating for the audits - Internal, Statutory etc.
c) Monthly close and general ledger reconciliation responsibilities
II. Vendor reconciliation: Accountable for vendor reconciliation, interlock with supplier and business team.
III. Process Improvement & projects: Assistance and support in system improvement projects.IV. Internal controls & Audits: Ensuring adherence to internal control procedures, establishing, and maintaining accounting standards and procedures.
V. Preparation, examination and analysis of Data: This includes various historical and/or forward-looking MIS, metrics related to AP & GL to Senior Management.
VI. Stakeholder connect: Interaction with internal key stakeholderswrt to various issues and way forward.

Education:
B.Com, M.Com, CA-Inter
Experience:
2-3 Years of professional experience in Financeincluding Accounts payable function.
Skills:
SAP expertise (SAP) FI-CO & MM
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Effective interpersonal & communications skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work in a team environmentSkills
