Job Description
Job Title:Executive/Sr. Engineer - Customer Service Operations.
Operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within Service Assurance and customer Satisfaction.
1.Should have good technical knowledge (IP + Transmission) and skills to troubleshoot network issues.
2.Perform First level troubleshooting followed by timely updates to the customer within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
3.Following up with TCL internal teams for resolution & support for BAU issues.
4.Follow up with customers to clear customer end dependencies.
5.Timely escalations within internal teams.
6.Candidate with CCNA certification will be preferable.

7.Candidate should participate in customer review calls to provide status update and work to resolve any dependencies.
8.Periodically review business processes and performance against various parameters beneficial to customer.
9.Good communications skills.
10.Candidate should acquire more complex skills, techniques, operating practices, knowledge of abstract concepts to progress toward full proficiency.
