Manager - Finance Business Partner

Manager Business Finance will act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, driving financial performance, supporting decision-making and ensuring strong governance. The role requires expertise in pricing, FP&A, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Createbusiness cases and pricing structures for new and renewal opportunities.Work closely withsales, finance, solution architects and leadershipto prepare proposals and negotiate deals.
2. Implement commercial strategies, determine price positioningand drive margin optimization.
3. Monitor and report business case v/s actuals performance, highlighting variances, financial impacts and required corrective actions.

4. Drive automation of finance processes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort and strengthen control.
5. Manage internal audit requirements within stipulated timelines.

Skills and competencies required:

1.Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical capabilities.

2. Expertise deal shaping, negotiationand commercial strategy.

3. Proficiency with Excel, pricing tools and financial modelling.

4. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
