Job Description

What role you will play in team: Lead and manage a team of Business Development representatives, driving revenue growth and market share expansion within the assigned territory. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

What you will do: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies, manage key accounts, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns. Continuously analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key responsibility:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Development representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of success in generating revenue and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Experience managing teams and budgets.
