Team Member - Financial Reporting & Compliance

Broad outline of the Role

• Reporting roleresponsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting month-end andyear-end close activities. Supports financial controls, audits, and process improvements to deliver timely and reliable financial information.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• CA inter, MBA finance, M.com
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or finance operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar is preferred.

• Sound accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support the preparation of management reports and financial statements.

Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Analyze financial results and investigate variances.

Maintain general ledger schedules and supporting records.

Generate periodic and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation, and timely completion of assigned deliverables.
