- Assist the legal operations team in connection with the Company

- Negotiation, review, vetting, finalization, execution and registration of Lease-Ins & Lease-Outs
- Monetization
- Bid Process, Auction Process, Negotiation, Review, Vetting, Finalization of Drafts, Execution & Registration of Agreements/Deeds, Execution & Registration of agreements, deeds and such other documentation as may be necessary and required for a particular transaction in due adherence with the statutory regulations.
