Job Description
- You will be responsible for driving day-to-day project and customer delivery in a project implementation and management role. Your role may require seeking appropriate guidance and advice to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes while adhering to Tata Communications compliances.
As a valuable team member, you will regularly participate in important projects or activities, contributing your expertise towards successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits with the team for fiber network OSP execution, following up with partners for ROW permissions and SD recoveries. With experience in team management, resource management, and material management, you will actively coordinate site preparation for readiness concerning the ramp-up of resources and infrastructure.

Your role will also involve ensuring that all installation functions are carried out promptly to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). In case of project jeopardy, you will be responsible for performing escalation management to address any critical issues effectively.,
