Required Qualification and Skills

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in HR analytics or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
