Job Description

TCS Bangalore Hiring for Contact Centre.
Job Summary:
Role : Contact Centre - Team Member / Senior Team Member(SME) / Team Lead / Manager
Experience: 1 year to 11 years
Job Location: Bangalore
Eligibility:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Bachelors/Graduates
Willing to work in rotational shift

Contact Center - Team Member (1 to 5 years)
Work Experience:
1) 1-5 years of Previous experience in contact center / helpdesk1).
2) Excellent Communication Skills.
3)Excellent listener and empathetic communicator (oral & written)
4)Experience in HR helpdesk would be an added advantage
5) Overall Experience of HR Operations team of a client like responding to employee queries via phone, email and chat
6)Experience in managing HR transactions with high accuracy, within timeliness & with confidentiality for at least 1-2 years
7) Preferably have worked on Genesys and SuccessFactors
8) Should have understanding of HR Employee data management & Payroll processes
Skills:
1) Excellent Communication Skills
2) MS Office & Excel Skills
3) Inbound and Outbound Call Handling skills
4) Telephone and email etiquettes

Contact Center - Senior Team Member / SME (4 to 8 years)

4) The role also requires the incumbent to interface with clients and help resolve and eliminate causes of operational issues that may arise.
5) Should ha ve understanding of HR functions like Payroll & Employee data management
