Experience: 5 years to 11 years
Job Location: Nagpur
Eligibility:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non tech graduates (preferably finance graduates)
Skills & Responsibilities
.Good understanding of income recording, refunds, cash apps concepts customer query resolution
.Functional Exposure to SAP
.Decent communication skills

.Good accounting knowledge
.&nbs p Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts from Share Drive/Portal
.Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day
.Performing the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
.Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
