• 6+ years of experience in scenario based testing, leveraging simulation standards.
• Previous team leading, customer front ending, team management experience
• 
  System level understanding of ADAS systems, sensors
• Development, maintenance and support of SIL infrastructure for ADAS
• Work knowledge about ASAM OpenDrive, OpenScenario, OSI standards
• Scenario creation, scenario execution, open loop and closed loop ADAS validation
• Hands on experience in any ADAS simulation tools like: VIRES VTD, IPG CarMaker, dSPACE ASM - MotionDesk, Aurelion, ESMINI, CARLA
• Configuration, updates of vehicle dynamics models for ADAS validation
• Experience in working with virtual ECU tools like Synopsys SILVER
• Overview of AUTOSAR standards, FMU, SW development lifecycle
• Work experience in test strategy, test case development, execution, automation, bug management
• Knowledge about CI CD DEVOPS pipelines
• Know how about AGILE development process
• ASPICE, Functional Safety knowledge
