Job Description
- The role will involve maintaining the product line P&L, ensuring alignment with the product line strategy, developing business cases for new product development, financial performance improvement, risk assessment, cost data management, budgeting, MIS, and other controllership functions to deliver sustainable value creation within company guidelines and policies.
You will lead financial projections modeling, analyze cost benefits for management decision-making, prepare periodic MIS reports, establish early alerts for budget overruns, review financial controls, manage the costing system, and ensure adherence to the business plan.
Interacting with stakeholders such as the Product Line Head, Head Credit and Commercial Controller, Head Bu Engineering Finance, Head Purchase Controller, and IB Finance, you will develop business cases, track budgets, create MIS reports, and manage the costing system for the product line.
The ideal candidate will have a CA Final/ICWA Final/MBA qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Key skills and competencies include agility, risk-taking, empowerment, an owner's mindset, accountability, collaboration, passion for the customer, and embracing diversity with inclusion.,
