Core Requirement: Candidate should have a hands-on coding experience in technologies like Flutter and Node.js.

Technical Specification: Translate business requirements into granular technical specifications, including API contracts, database schemas, and system architecture diagrams.

Techno-Functional Leadership: Actively participate in the full development cycle, including hands-on coding, architectural design, and the overall project management.

Full Stack Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable server-side logic using Node.js and Java Spring Boot along with cross-platform mobile application development using Flutter Framework.

Security & Performance: Optimize application performance and ensure backend services comply with financial-grade security protocols.

Code Excellence: Perform code reviews, enforce strict linting/testing standards, and manage/create the CI/CD pipeline to ensure zero-defect deployments.
DevOps Knowledge: Proficiency in Linux, Git, Docker, and cloud deployment environments.

Third-party Integrations: Should have knowledge of Firebase Ecosystem & Services like Crashlytics, FCM, Remote Config, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology or BCA or M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc

Full Stack Mastery: Senior-level expertise in Flutter and Node.js (Express). Also good knowledge of Java aswell.

Experience: 5-8 years of software development experience with a focus on building mobile apps with high-traffic backend systems.

Leadership Competencies:

1. Ownership: High level of accountability for the success of technical deliveries.

2. Strategic Communication: Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical business partners clearly.

Functional Competencies:

1. Proficiency in RESTful API design and Microservices architecture.

2. Strong command of database management specifically SQL Databases like Oracle DB, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, etc..

3. Strong knowledge of Mobile Application Development (Android & iOS Both)

Key Decisions taken:

Selection of libraries, frameworks, and third-party integrations for new features.

Architectural decisions regarding database indexing, caching strategies, and API security.
