Job Description
- Head Sales is responsible for managing a team which works closely with sales to ensure creation and successful closure of opportunities, enablement of Connectivity and new product penetration alongside competition landscaping and increase RMS from existing Large & Medium set of customers.
- Craft new strategies to scale up business from existing clients in coordination with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Lead, supervise a team of Zonal Head - Acquisition for driving Connectivity/ ICS Business
- Creating best possible opportunities for existing Large & Medium set of customers, new products penetration, Competition landscaping & Increase RMS based on assessment of customer's challenges (scoping & solutioning).
- Acquiring New Logos is the prime KPI of hunting team
- Understanding of customer Industry domain including terminologies, past and emerging trends

- Strong technical knowledge & experience of assigned Data, Voice, Security, Cloud, Collaboration products
- Advance level understanding of technology landscape, products and trends
- Commercial Acumen, experience in New Logos Acquisition is preferrable
