Job Description

    As an experienced and driven Associate Director Sales (B2B & Corporate) at Tathastu Resorts, located in Mumbai, your role will involve leading the sales strategy and client acquisition efforts in the Mumbai region. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic partnerships for off-sites, retreats, and group bookings.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Develop and execute a B2B and corporate sales strategy tailored to Mumbai's business ecosystem.
    - Generate leads and convert corporate clients, event planners, and MICE agencies into long-term partners.
    - Drive group bookings, wellness retreats, and offsite events for corporate clients.
    - Build strong relationships with decision-makers across target industries.
    - Lead proposal creation, client presentations, and commercial negotiations.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless experience delivery for corporate clients.
    - Maintain accurate sales reports, revenue forecasts, and CRM data.
    - Represent Tathastu Resorts at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade shows in the region.
    Preferred Profile:
    - 6-8 years of experience in hospitality or corporate travel sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts within the Mumbai market.
    - Strong industry connections across verticals like BFSI, media, pharma, IT/ITES, manufacturing, and consulting, with demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads from these sectors.

    - Established network with travel agents and TMCs across Mumbai, including B2B operators, IATA agencies, MICE planners, and boutique travel consultants.
    - Confident communicator and skilled negotiator, with hands-on experience in preparing sales decks, proposals, pricing models, and responding to corporate RFPs and RFIs.
    - Well-versed in MICE trends, including incentive travel planning, group contracting, event logistics coordination, and budgeting.
    - Ability to work independently, drive regional targets, and focus on pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales funnel management.
    - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent. MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management is preferred. Additional certifications in corporate sales, revenue management, or travel operations will be an added advantage.
    As a Full-time, Permanent position with Tathastu Resorts, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and travel as per the company's requirements.,
