Role Summary
As Associate - Partnerships & BD Analyst, you will be a key spoke in the wheel that supports and grows our B2B business so more people can enjoy talabat.
In the day-to-day it means you efficiently run our B2B business operations via managing partner relations; seamlessly addressing their needs and trouble-shooting their concerns. You also have a strong understanding of how talabat manages customer data and you use that knowledge to effectively extract insights for both our internal and external stakeholders. This role requires relationship management skills with a solid grip on spreadsheets and data analytics, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously + a broad range of stakeholders.
What’s On Your Plate?
Support the Business Development & Partnerships Lead via managing and maintaining operations and data for our regional B2B business which encompasses corporate vouchers, Gift cards and tCredits - serving a portfolio of key strategic relationships across various industries (including Telecom, Banking, Tech, FMCG, Industrial etc.) for talabat's Regional Strategic Partnerships dept.
Maintain & support the end-to-end operational cycle of the business from contract formulation, solution deployment, invoicing and partner/customer support.
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal and Product to ensure smooth coordination for operations.
Support partner needs and effectively troubleshoot grievances (incl. occasional voucher customer support) in a timely manner.
Utilize talabat's internal portals and tools (incl. BigQuery, Redshift, Looker, etc.) to extract data for department reporting and analysis
Manage and maintain departmental dashboard for partnership initiatives through extraction of the data from the internal systems
Support local and regional partnerships teams with partner campaign reports and redemption data.
Manage other ad hoc data and operational requests.
What Did We Order?
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a tech or ecommerce company
Exposure in operations management and customer support
Strong skill set for data analysis using SQL and Excel Spreadsheet
Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate your business cases and strategic conclusions
Highly resourceful, organized, disciplined and able to think outside the usual solutions
Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively and cross-functionally within a highly-matrix organization with employees at all levels
Highly motivated and proactive individual, able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
