Were Hiring: Head of Inside Sales

Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven ability to drive growth across global markets We are seeking a Head of Inside Sales to lead our team, define strategies, and achieve exceptional results through a multi-channel approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive inside sales strategy tailored for global markets.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent team performance and accountability.
  • Oversee lead generation initiatives leveraging multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Drive engagement through a multi-faceted approach to reach prospects effectively and nurture leads.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to refine outreach strategies and align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to analyze performance, optimize operations, and report on sales metrics.

  • 7+ years of experience leading inside sales teams, with expertise in global markets.
  • Demonstrated success in KPI setting, lead generation, and leveraging diverse communication channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • A strategic thinker who can align sales goals with broader business objectives.

Location: Hyderabad (This is an onsite role)
