Job Summary:
Techbyheart is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by establishing partnerships with educational institutions and corporate organizations. The BDE will focus on pitching add-on courses to colleges and promoting corporate training programs to businesses, contributing to the companys mission of delivering innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. College Outreach & Partnerships:
o Identify and connect with colleges/universities to pitch Techbyhearts add-on courses.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, academic heads, and decision-makers.
o Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings to showcase the value of add-on courses to students and institutions.
2. Corporate Training Sales:
o Reach out to corporates to promote Techbyhearts corporate training programs.
o Understand client training needs and customize pitches to align with their business goals.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients for training programs.
3. Market Research & Lead Generation:
o Research potential colleges and corporates to create a robust pipeline of leads.
o Stay updated on industry trends in education and corporate training to refine pitching strategies.
4. Sales Targets & Reporting:
o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both college partnerships and corporate training programs.
o Prepare and submit regular reports on outreach activities, lead conversion, and deal closures to the management.

o Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
o Coordinate with the training delivery team to ensure seamless execution of sold programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in education/training sectors).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Knowledge of the education sector and corporate training needs is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
