Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Persuasion and Influencing Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Teamwork, Resilience and Adaptability, international telesales, JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Sr. Process Sales Associate Reports to Sam Smith Location Level Objective (The main purpose of the position) These people will be responsible for making outbound calls to convince customer and crack sale as well as providing customer support wherever required. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Initiating outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided by the team or generated through other sources. Lead Qualification: Qualifying leads to determine their level of interest and potential as customers. This involves asking relevant questions to understand the prospects needs and budget Product/Service Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered in order to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers Sales Pitch: Developing and delivering a persuasive sales pitch that highlights the key selling points and addresses potential customer concerns or objections. Building Rapport: Building a positive and professional relationship with potential customers. Establishing trust and rapport is crucial for successful sales. Handling Objections: Addressing any objections or concerns raised by potential customers and providing suitable solutions or information to overcome these objections. Closing Sales: Effectively closing sales by guiding the potential customer through the purchasing process, including providing necessary information, discussing pricing, and facilitating the completion of the transaction. Follow-Up: Following up with leads that require additional nurturing or time to make a decision. This may involve sending follow-up emails, providing additional information, or addressing any lingering concerns. Meeting Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager or the organization. Adapting to Changes: Adapting to changes in products, services, or sales strategies and incorporating feedback from supervisors to improve performance. Time Management: Effectively managing time to maximize the number of calls made and ensuring efficient use of working hours. Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to ethical standards during all customer interactions. Competence (Skills, knowledge, experience, Package and attributes required) Education 12+ Work Experience Minimum 1 years international Sales experience Key Competencies & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Active Listening: Persuasion and Influencing Skills Negotiation Skills Problem-Solving Skills Teamwork Resilience and Adaptability Package 30-35K INR Company Name Shift & Timing (Day or Night) Mid Shift ( 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM) and (3:30 PM to 12:30 AM) IST
