Key Responsibilities:

? Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve high performance.

? Conduct sales training and workshops to enhance team skills and productivity.

? Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for senior management. Requirements:

? Experience: 7 to 8 years in real estate sales (mandatory).

? Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams.

? Sales Performance: A successful track record of exceeding sales targets.
