Should have on requirement analysis, Design and requirements gathering with regular interaction with customers. Should be good in SQL to analyze various Databases, Data sources and come up with Data Models Should be able to do data mapping based on data analysis. Should be able to discuss in depth with business and technical teams and create Business Requirement Documents having use cases and detailed solution approach. Should have functional/ domain experience in Insurance.

Good-to-Have

Preferable- Some experience in Data Migration Insurance domain related certifications Exp in Acturial and PowerBI is plus
