Job Description
"Provide outstanding desktop support to end-users in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and strictly adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripherals
Collaborate with global IT teams to establish and implement standard methodologies
Document all support activities and solutions in our IT service management system
Assist with IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are successfully implemented
Proven experience in a desktop support role within an IT environment

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
