Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: o Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts. o Analyze revenue, cost, and profit trends to identify key financial drivers. o Collaborate with business teams to provide financial projections. • Variance Analysis & Reporting: o Conduct variance analysis by comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast. o Prepare financial dashboards, reports, and presentations for management. o Provide insights into cost control and profitability improvement. • Financial Modelling & Decision Support: o Develop financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning. o Support pricing strategies, cost allocations, and investment decisions. o Analyze KPIs and financial metrics to drive business efficiency. • Process Automation & ERP Tools: o Work with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tools for financial reporting. o Identify and implement automation solutions to improve FP&A processes. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. o CA/ICWA, CA/ICWA (Inter), MBA (Fin) o Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Skills: o Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. o Strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP (SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion) skills. o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • ERP System Expertise: o In-depth experience with ERP systems, SAP S4 HANA. o Familiarity with tax engine integration. • Industry Experience: o Previous experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or technology that require a high volume of transactions
