Role: Genesys Architect

Desired Experience Range: 10 - 20 years

Location of Requirement: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Mumbai

Responsibility Expectations from the role

1. Design and development experience in genesys cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.

2.Experience in genesys cloud CX administration configuration and implementation

3.Experence creating dashnoards for monitoring queue activity agent perfomance and interaction

4.Strong expericence in genesys cloud admin and configuration including contact center telephony routing . Inbound, outbound, email and chat routing.

5.Experience installation and configuration of API through genesys APPFoundry.

6.Troubleshooting experience
