Skill – HEOR - Health Economics and Outcomes Research

Job Location – Mumbai

Experience Range – 6 to 10 Years

Educational Qualification(s) Required – Master’s degree or equivalent in medicine, pharmacy, public health or PhD in pharmacy/public health.

Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts associated with pharmaco-economics, outcomes research, market access, public health, disease management processes and their application to communicating value propositions, or related discipline

• Lead author for systematic reviews with meta-analysis

• Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives and selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques

•Expert qualitative practitioner with ability to significantly improve performance of junior colleagues as well as peers

•Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire employees, stakeholders, and clients

•Stellar written and verbal communication skills

•Ability to generate new thinking, ideas, and insights that add value to client relationships and help sustain competitive advantage

•Strong communication and presentation skills.

•Ability to organize workload and priorities and complete assigned tasks on time

Role and Responsibilities:

•Will support, develop search strategies for structured and systematic literature reviews. Carry out abstract review, paper selection and data extraction

•Write literature review reports.

•Carry out grey literature reviews

•Assist specialists within the HEOR team in conducting meta analyses and indirect comparisons

•Produce draft reports relating to ad-hoc HEOR projects if required.

•Deliver Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) information in various formats that address user requirements and resource capabilities

Skills required:

• Computer Literate (Good working knowledge of MS Office)

• Analytical thinking ability

• Good problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent Communication and Time management skills

• Meta-Analysis (RevMan, STATA, R)
