HR Analyst - Employee Engagement

What role you will play in team: You will analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements to programs and initiatives.

What you will do: You will partner with HR and business leaders to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct regular analysis of employee engagement surveys, feedback, and other relevant data.
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing key findings and insights.
• Partner with HR to design and implement strategies to improve employee engagement.
• 
  Develop and track key metrics related to employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address specific employee engagement challenges.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics or a related role.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS).
• Experience with employee engagement surveys.
