HR Business Analyst

Required Qualification and Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in HR Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and business process improvement methodologies.
