Job Description
· Development experience in Labvantage
· Experience in upgrade Project and understand the new platform.
· Experience in supporting HyperCare activity.
· Experience in working with Master data changes 
· Production support for Labvantage/LIMS Applications. Understanding Labvantage /LIMS application, analyzing production issues & providing the solution.
· Building, Testing and verifying new functionalities in Labvantage.
· Follow ITIL framework for service delivery

· Ticket resolution within agreed SLA and OLA
· Monitor Service Now and assign tickets to self from the queue.
· Coordinate with other team-members globally to support application that are in scope.
