Network Support Engineer

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining and supporting our clients' network infrastructure.

What you will do: This role involves troubleshooting network issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring network stability.

Key responsibility:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential problems.
• Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
  
• Document network configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with other engineers to resolve complex network issues.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and support.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
