New Relic Administrator

Role: New Relic Administrator Experience: 07 to 10 years Locations: Chennai / Mumbai / Kochi

Must-Have

Experience in administration of New Relic SaaS platform leveraging various features like Infrastructure monitoring, APM, Logs, Digital Experience (RUM, Synthetic etc) to monitor Enterprise IT landscape

Deploy and configure New Relic agents (APM, Infra, browser, mobile etc.) across various environments (cloud, on-premises, hybrid)

Hands-on experience in understanding technical and business requirements and able to create dashboards based on heterogeneity of logs.

Experience in leveraging New Relic for monitoring SaaS based applications

Experience in managing data in New Relic in terms of data partitions, log obfuscation, parsing and drop logs

Good exposure to workloads, entity mapping, service levels.

Expert in New Relic Query Language (NRQL) to filter complex data and attributes in logs

Exposure to variety of integrations in New Relic to Docker, Kubernetes Kafka etc.

Capable of developing dashboards/Pathpoints to visualize enterprise technical landscape health and business performance KPIs.

Expert in writing scripting for synthetic monitors and able to parse data for visualizations

Experience in integrating New Relic with other systems like ITSM tools, AIOps tools etc.
