Order To Cash - Team Member

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

• Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN

• Candidates to have registered EPs

• It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

Role : Order To Cash (OTC)

Experience : 1 year to 8 years

Job Location : Nagpur

• Good understanding of income recording, refunds, cash apps concepts customer query resolution

• Exposure in to Cash / Sales audit would be an added advantage.

• Ability to understand the complete process flow within O2C

• JD Edwards ERP experience is Mandatory

• Good exposure in to ERP tools (SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)

• Should be able to perform Customer account / statement reconciliation

• Proven ability to handle credit control and cash management

• Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts from Share Drive/Portal

• Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day

• Performing the regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function

• Ensure that cash is applied only based on the defined process without exceptions

• Collate all remittances for the Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors

• Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund

• Providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors on a daily basis and follow up proactively to get details of applications

• Good understanding of income recording, refunds, cash apps concepts customer query resolution

• Functional Exposure to SAP

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations

• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

• Domain expertise - Cash Apps, customer master, credit management, customer query resolution

• Downloading of Bank statements for all accounts from Share Drive/Portal

• Providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to the collectors on the same day

• Mandatory - Finance and Accounts (Non-Technical) Graduates [BCom / MCom / BBA / MBA Fin, etc.]
