Salesforce experience Skills: Apex, Aura, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, Conga, DocuSign, Flows, Admin, Deployment, etc.
-Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
-Experience with APIs and integrations.
-Experience working on an Agile development team.
-Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skill.

Total Salesforce experience >4 yrs
Omnistudio Experience minimimum 1+ yrs, expected 2 yrs

must have experience in omniscripts, dataraptors , flex cards
Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Console, Live Agent/Omni Channel, Knowledge Management
