Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Smart Grid SME to provide expert technical guidance and business leadership in the development and growth of Utilities business. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of smart grid technologies, architectures, and standards, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Years of Experience expected: 15+ years 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT.
2. Smart Grid Architecture: Design and develop smart grid architectures, including grid management systems, advanced metering infrastructure, and distribution automation.

4. Standards Development: Participate in industry standards development organizations, such as IEEE, IEC, and SGIP.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FERC, NERC, and state-specific regulations.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including utilities, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
7. Research and Development: Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in smart grid technologies and applications.
8. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members and stakeholdersSkills
