Job Description
What role you will play in team: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
What you will do: You will manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely onboarding.
Key responsibility:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking).
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in talent acquisition (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with various sourcing techniques.
