Role: Manager - Operations
Experience: 10 years to 12 years
Job Location: Chennai

Eligibility:

· Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).

· Non tech graduates (Preferably Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field).

Skills:

· Preferrable to have PMP or similar project management certification.

· The ability to inspire and motivate teams, set clear goals, and provide guidance and direction to achieve them.

· Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of their work.

· Possess listening actively, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Creating and maintaining project records like production tracker, quality tracker, risks and issues log etc.

· Ability to manage project financials, billing, P&L management.

· Being aware of the organization’s compliance, security and privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance from the project management perspective

· Analyzing information security and privacy impact before implementing any change to the customer deliverables or the delivery process.

· Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client expectations.
