Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor ATL & BTL campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, PR, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure alignment on brand strategy.
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and engagement activities.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar and campaign budgets.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI and effectiveness.
- Support in-store marketing and promotional activities as required.

- Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in marketing and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing, digital platforms, and brand communications.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and planning skills.
