About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead the finance function of our school in Devanahalli. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in school/college finance operations, compliance, and budgeting, along with proven leadership experience in managing finance teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial operations of the school, including accounting, budgeting, auditing, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, financial policies, and audit requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage fee collections, vendor payments, payroll processing, and other financial transactions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to school leadership for effective decision-making.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  

Requirements

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), Semi-Qualified CA, or MBA in Finance.

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within a school/college.
• Strong knowledge of school/college finance operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
