AI Program Counsellor (Admissions Executive)
Role Title: AI Program Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Call qualified leads within 2 hours
- Understand where the candidate stands at this point and his/her specific needs/expectations
- Explain program structure and ROI
- Handle objections (fees, time, confidence)
- Close enrollments
- Maintain the CRM sheet
Skill Requirements:
- Strong spoken English + any regional language (Tamil/Hindi/Kannada)
- High empathy + persuasive ability
- Understanding of the IT career landscape
- Target-driven mindset

KPIs:
- 20-30 calls/day
- 40% demo-to-enrollment conversion
- 20-40 enrollments per month
