Were Team Red Dot, a fast-moving crew of media marketers and strategists based in Dubai, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and to contribute to both marketing campaigns and sales success when needed. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating content strategies across various formats for Team Red Dot’s social handles
• Capture and publish engaging content: from static posts to reels and stories, while ensuring consistency in Team Red Dot’s TOV and branding
• Monitor social media trends, engage with our audience, and grow our community organically to improve campaign effectiveness
• Track performance and tweak strategies to make sure our content hits the mark
• Ensure Team Red Dot’s website is up to date with the latest case studies, client success stories and news
• Assist the Marketing Manager with email campaigns from concept to click-through and monitor metrics to optimize accordingly
• Liaise with PR agencies to enhance Team Red Dot’s visibility in the industry.
• Assist the team in preparing compelling presentations and marketing collateral to drive business growth
• Support in creating cost estimates and POs for marketing and liaise with the finance team for invoices and payments
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with outreach goals
• Follow up with leads generated through digital channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business with minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar capacity (agency experience is a plus!)
• Proficiency in content creation tools (CapCut, Canva)
• Strong grip on social media platforms, especially Meta & LinkedIn

• Great writing skills: you can write sharp, clear copy that speaks to the Team Red Dot audience
• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email platforms would be a bonus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Proactive, creative, and ready to try new things
